It is the contention of the petitioner that he purchased the property through the public auction from the first respondent. Though sale executed was executed in favour of the petitioner, subsequently, original documents were not handed over to him. Therefore, he made a representation to the second respondent on 04.04.2023. However, no orders are passed so far. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
