When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in the writ petition passed away. 3. In view of the submission made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the petitioner to give fresh representation for issuance of Chitta and Adangal. If any such representation is made, it is up to the authorities concerned to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, after issuing notice to the necessary parties. No costs.
