The grievance of the Petitioners is that, despite the specific directions issued by this Court in its order dated 15th May, 2026, their salaries have not been released. Mr. Tushar Sannu, counsel for IHBAS, on instructions from Lt. Col. R. K. Sharma, Joint Director (Administration), IHBAS, submits that the salaries of all the Petitioners, except Mr. Ajeet Yadav and Mr. Jaidev Sharma, have been processed and released up to June, 2026.
