It is the case of the petitioner that the properties were originally owned by the petitioner's father, however, some portion of the property were alienated in favour of the private respondents and the service connection was disconnected and changed in the name of the 9th respondent. Hence, this writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the already the petitioner has filed a suit in this regard in O.S.No.329 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Rasipuram as against the private respondents and the same is pending, hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to file I.A before the Trial Court seeking for adding necessary official authority. 4.
