1. In the present bunch of appeals being identical in nature, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 04.08.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP-1653-2017 titled as Ramkesh Vs. Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and connected cases.

Learned counsel for the appellant(s) submits that the issue raised in the present appeals has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while deciding LPA No.1810 of 2025 titled as Aas Mohammad and others Vs State of Haryana & others, on 23.04.2026 and hence the present bunch of appeals be also disposed of in the same terms. Learned counsel for the respondent(s) raises no objection.
