However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner's representation was filed as early as in the year 2020. In such case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of said representation. 6.
