For RR1 To 3 Order Challenging the impugned order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.1590 of 2012 by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, the Revision Petitioners/plaintiffs preferred this Civil Revision Petition. 2.Before the trial court, the Revision Petitioners/plaintiffs have filed an application under Order XVI Rule 1 and 2 r/w Sec.151 of C.P.C. to issue summons to the witnesses. On hearing both sides, the trial judge dismissed the application. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of revision petitioner. The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 appeared and submitted that pending proceedings, the suit was decreed. Against which, an appeal in A.S.No. 17 of 2025 was filed before the Principal Sub-Judge at Pondicherry. Therefore, the relief claimed in this petition became infructuous. 3. Recording his submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
