The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.12.2023 requesting the respondents to pass additional award for the acquired lands and superstructures belong to the petitioner in respect of the land comprised of S.F. No.345/ 19 admeasuring 24 Sq. meters and S.F. No.345/31B admeasuring 31 Sq. meters situated at Thazhuthazhaimedu Village,Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District in accordance with the provisions of RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
