1. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition which seeks quashing of the FIR.
2. He, however, prays that since the case is already fixed for Prosecution Evidence, the learned Trial Court may be requested to record the testimony of the material witnesses without any further delay.
3. Learned APP for State submits that there would not be any delay or inaction from their side and they would ensure the presence of the material witnesses before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing i.e.
10.08.2026.
4. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, as not pressed.
5. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
6. A copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information.
