01. A perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents reveals that the impugned detention order has been executed on 20.11.2024.
02. In this view of the matter, the same has outlived its life thereby rendering the petition infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
03. However, it is provided that in case the petitioner has not been released from the custody, he be released forthwith, if not, involved in any other case.
