After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner intends to withdraw the present bail application. He has further prayed that the learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial of the case. He submitted that after the rejection of earlier bail application of the petitioner by the learned trial court, a substantial number of witnesses have been examined and, therefore, there is a change in circumstances. 02. In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the learned trail court in the light of changed circumstances.
