This Court, by an order dated 13.10.2023, dismissed the said writ petition. Now, once again, the petitioner is before this Court for the very same relief. Since, once again, the very same charge memo and show cause notice have been challenged by the petitioner before this Court, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
