The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to take action against the 4 to 11 Respondents to preventing the petitioner from accessing the common pathway situate in S.No. 406/1A to the extent of 1.35 cents situated at Reddiyur Village, Vaniyambadi Circle, Tirupattur District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
