JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER 06.04.2026 With reference to our order dated February 24, 2026, Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that a final Notification under Section 19 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 qua the subject land has since been issued for construction of Data Recovery Centre at Gladni Grid Station, Narwal, Jammu, which is taken on record and marked ‘X’. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner, as always, fairly submits that, for the present, the petition at hand be disposed of, but with a liberty to the petitioner, just in case the matter is not pursued by the respondent- Authority in the right earnest and to avert any further delay, to re-approach this Court by filing a separate petition. Disposed of as above with the liberty as prayed.
