Though the petitioner filed the writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief, at this stage of hearing of this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents 2 and 3. 3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 18.03.2024 will be disposed of by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of twelve weeks. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 22480 of 2024 __________ Page3 of 5 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.03.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
