Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be disposed of in terms of order dated 07.05.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.26291 of 2024, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited v. Azad Singh and others. 3. Without commenting on merits of the case and in the wake of statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 07.05.2026 passed in Azad Singh (supra).
