1. The present appeal assails order dated 03.06.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi (“Family Court”) in HMA no. 421/2020, whereby, inter-alia the appellant is directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.2,00,000/- per month to the respondent from date of filing of application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that by way of order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court, modified/further clarified to a limited extend by order dated 19.12.2024, the appellant had agreed to This is a digitally signed order. pay a sum of Rs. 4.5 lacs per month from the date of application i.e., 09.02.2021, for interim maintenance.
4. There is a dispute now pending with regard to certain calculation of arrears, which is pending due. The sum of Rs. 4.5 lacs per month, since the said orders, is being regularly paid by the appellant to the respondent as submitted by the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the appeal can be
disposed of in terms of the said orders and any other order passed thereafter clarifying/modifying the same, with liberty to raise their disputes with regard to the calculation of arrears before the Executing Court itself.
6. In view thereof, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of order dated 21.11.2024 read with order dated 19.12.2024 and/or any other
order which later clarifies the same.
7. We hope and trust that the Family Court shall proceed and decide the proceedings pending before it expeditiously.
8. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
