The present petition has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 15th September, 2022, passed by this Court, in FAO 233/2019, wherein, a Settlement-cum-Compromise Deed (“Settlement”) dated 15th October, 2019, arrived at between the parties, was recorded. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the said Settlement, the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs. 50,000/- to the respondent. 3. He submits that despite receiving the said amount, the criminal complaint pending in the Court Chief Judicial Magistrate (“CJM”), of Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, was not withdrawn by the respondent, on account of which, the present petition has been filed. 4.
