However, subsequently, an Order-In-Original has been passed on 23.03.2026 creating a demand of Rs.2,02,44,406/- against which the Petitioners have filed an appeal. In lieu of pre-deposit a sum of Rs. 20,24,000/- has been adjusted. 3. Keeping in view the prayer made, the present application is allowed and the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
