In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 28.03.2024 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.03.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the necessary parties and also taking into consideration the resolution dated 18.03.2023 made in Resolution No.153 of 2023. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
