During the pendency of this appeal, the parties were referred to mediation process under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The parties have settled their inter-se dispute vide settlement agreement dated 13.05.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent state that the said settlement agreement dated 13.05.2026 be taken on record and the appeal be disposed of. This is a digitally signed order.
