Learned counsel for petitioners submits that since a Closure-Report has already been filed by the Investigating Agency before the concerned Court, at this stage, he does not press for any relief. He, however, submits that he may be granted liberty to file the petition afresh, in case, the learned Trial Court, despite the abovesaid Closure-Report, takes cognizance of any offence. 3.
