1. By way of this application, the applicant – petitioner seeks permission to place on record a Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2026, entered into between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2. The parties have settled their disputes on the terms contained therein, which provides for payment of a sum of Rs. 50,00,000/-, in five instalments of Rs. 10,00,000/- each, payable from 15.07.2026 until
15.11.2026. 3. Ms. Rakhi Tyagi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, who appears on advance notice of this application, states that the said This is a digitally signed order. CRL.L.P. 376/2024 respondents have handed over post-dated cheques drawn in the account of respondent No. 2, i.e. Ramesh Ranade, and that respondent Nos. 1 to 4 undertake that the cheques will be honoured upon presentation. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are directed to file their affidavits of undertaking to this effect within a period of one week. 4. Subject to the aforesaid, Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw CRL.L.P. 376/2024, with liberty to revive the petition, in the event the settlement is not honoured. 5.
