Learned counsel for applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled and, therefore, the abovesaid application seeking withdrawal of the petition in hand has been moved.
4. He submits that the criminal complaint in question has already been quashed by learned Coordinate Bench on 17.02.2026 and, therefore, even otherwise, nothing further survives in the matter.
5. In view of the abovesaid development, while allowing the application, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
6. Petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
7. The next fixed date stands cancelled.
