Thyagarajan For Respondent(s): Mr.C.Gauthamaraj Government Advocate ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 13.06.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 13.06.2024 for payment of compensation to the petitioner’s land which was taken by the respondents for improvement and raising of bund on the Kosathalai River. Since no order was passed, the petitioner filed this writ petition. 3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 13.06.2024 will be disposed of by the 3rd respondent within a period of twelve weeks. 4. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 13.06.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitoiner. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
