During the course of investigation, notice under Section 19 of the Cr.P.C was served on the complainant to produce the relevant documents and to produce the FDR etc. 3. It appears that there were three FIRs which were found to have been registered against the petitioner and another accused for the same offence at Police Station Naraingarh, Ambla, Haryana.
