The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CrPC’) seeking setting aside of the order dated 27.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in Sessions Case No. 11404/2023, arising out of FIR No. 81/2023, registered at Police Station Defence Colony, for offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In view of the aforesaid order, the relief sought in the present petition no longer survives for consideration. The present petition has, therefore, become infructuous, as all proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR already stand quashed. 5.
