The present proceedings emanate from a complaint filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and all the matrimonial disputes have been resolved amicably and the parties have already taken decision to obtain divorce by mutual consent. 3. He submits that, in view of the above and the compromise, which has taken place before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 30.05.2026, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her present petition and, therefore, seeks to withdraw it. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, who joined the proceedings through video conferencing, affirms the abovesaid development. 5. In view of the abovesaid development, while allowing the present application, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn in terms of amicable settlement. 6. The next fixed date stands cancelled.
