A-368 Bundle ‘A’ of Police Station: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi qua the present petitioner. (ii). directing the respondents to destroy the finger prints, photographs etc. of the petitioner which have already been taken by the police; (iii). the petitioner’s name may be removed, if any, from the ‘Surveillance Register-X, Part II, Bundle A’ of PS: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. (iv). direct the Police of P.S. Rajouri Garden and/or of any other Police station not to visit the house of the petitioner and not to harass, torture or humiliate him or to illegally call or detain him in the Police Station; and he may be allowed to live his life peacefully, in the interests of justice.” 2.
