The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the General Body Meeting was convened on 25.02.2024 and the matter has become infructuous. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Since the General Body Meeting is already over, no order is required in this writ petition, however, in future, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
