JUSTICE PURUSHAINDRA KUMAR KAURAV O R D E R % 03.07.2026 1. In these writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking for premature release on various grounds. Their cases were considered by the Sentence Review Board and were rejected. 2. Mr. Sarthak Maggon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, points out that the cases of the petitioners have not been considered in right perspective. There are various circumstances which are required to be looked into by the authorities. 3. It is pointed out that the binding decisions have also been overlooked. Though the submissions are opposed by Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, however, he contends that the cases of each of the petitioners are being considered afresh in the forthcoming meeting of the Sentence Review Board. 4. Under peculiar circumstances and bearing in mind the overall background, the Court finds that each of the petitioners be permitted to place the representation, not exceeding five pages, before the Superintendent of Jail, within three working days from today. 5. Let the said representations be also considered in addition to the other considerations which are required to be bestowed on the petitioners’ eligibility. 6.
