The Crl.O.P.No.26975 of 2023 was filed to quash the F.I.R in Cr.No. 201 of 2023 on the file of the fourth respondent herein. Pending investigation the respondents 1-3 herein and the 5th respondent herein compromised the issue. Since the offence registered in the Cr.No. 201 of 2023 is compoundable in nature and the parties have amicably settled the issue, this Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 allowed the above Crl.O.P and quashed the F.I.R. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 4463 of 2024 __________ Page3 of 4 3. After a period of 3 years the petitioner has filed this quash petition to implead him as 3rd Respondent in the above Crl.O.P. Since the matter has already disposed the question of impleading does not arise and nothing is pending in Crl.O.P.No.26975 of 2023. That apart the petitioner has no role to implead him in the F.I.R on the file of the 4th respondent in Cr.No. 201 of 2023. Since the dispute between the respondents 1 to 3 herein and the 5th respondent are amicably settled and this Court has quashed the F.I.R this Court does not find any merits in this impleading petition. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No SMN To. 1.
