1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
2. It is argued by the Counsel for the opposite party no.2 that vide interim order dated 27.01.2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit the back wages within three months and the said time of three months was further extended for a period of three weeks vide order dated 28.04.2025. He further argues that despite the said orders, the amount of back wages have not been deposited.
3. Considering the abovesaid submission, the interim order dated 27.01.2025 is recalled. The petition is dismissed.
4. The opposite party no.2 would be at liberty to execute the award in accordance with law.
5. In case, such an application is filed for execution of the award, the same shall be decided within four weeks from the date of filing of the application and in accordance with law.
