Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, bid was finalised, work order was issued in favour of the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent, on receiving the entire amount has completed the project and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
