The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.08.2024 to cancel the approval of layout issued by the 2nd respondent Vide DTCP No. 216/2022 dated 04.07.2022 for the property comprised in Survey No. 840/1A1C1, 370/1B2A and 370/2B2 situated at Elavamalai Village, Erode Taluk and District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 37932 of 2024 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
