Accordingly, writ petition bearing WP (C) No. 1835/2024 is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous. Whereas, WP (C) No. 652/2025, in terms of learned counsel for the parties, cannot be taken up for mediation, as according to them, the chances of matter being settled by way of mediation appear to be bleak.
