The Division Bench on 07.04.2023 while allowing Writ-C No.30088 of 2022 had required the authorities to determine the compensation amount under the Award which was to be released in favour of the applicant. 2. In the affidavit of compliance filed today, it has been stated in paragraph 8 that, on 02.05.2026, the Chief Treasury Officer, Gautam Budh Nagar has transferred an amount of Rs.40,91,140/- into the bank account of the applicant which is in Bank of Baroda, Kailash Part-II. 3. In view of said fact, as the amount has been transmitted into the account of the applicant pursuant to the Award, the order of writ Court stands complied with and the present contempt application stands dismissed. 4.
