A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party along with a discharge application, which are taken on record. 2. Counsel for the opposite party informs that the auction was conducted by the bank as it was not aware of the order of the writ Court dated 24.11.2022 and it has cancelled the e-auction conducted on 25.06.2024 and the amount deposited by the auction purchaser has been returned on 18.09.2024, copy of the letter of the Branch Manager of Bank of India dated 21.09.2024 addressed to the counsel for the applicant has been appended as Annexure No. 2 to the compliance affidavit. 3. As the auction has been cancelled and the auction money has been returned to the auction purchaser, the order of the writ Court stands complied with. 4.
