Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of the settlement have been reduced and recorded vide the Settlement Agreement dated 18.12.2025. The terms of the settlement are recorded from paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.12.2025. 2. Paras 7 to 12 of the Settlement Agreement contain compliances which are time bound, and to be executed by the defendants. The defendants have undertaken to comply with the same within the time period as stipulated in the said paragraphs and file a compliance affidavit within two weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 3. It is noted in para 16 of the Settlement Agreement that on account of the undertaking in paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement the plaintiff has waived off the relief of damages and costs of proceedings as specified in paras 56(iv) and 56 (vi) of the plaint.
