When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent vide order dated 13.03.2024. Further, he would submit that now, a dispute arose with regard to the title of the subject land and hence, the award amount was deposited with the concerned Civil Court. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition . Hence, by recording the submission made by respondents, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is granted liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 13.03.2024, if so advised.
