The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the Non Bailable Warrant dated 18.03.2023 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Additional Court, Mathura in Complaint Case No.19737 of 2021 (Vipin Agarwal Vs. Narendra Nath Gupta & Another), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Kotwali, pending before learned Presiding Officer, Additional Court, Mathura.

Vide order dated 01.05.2024, matter was referred to Mediation Centre and applicant was directed to deposit Rs.1,05,000/- but applicant had not deposited the same and again the case was listed on 13.12.2024 and applicant on that day sought time and one week further time was granted to deposit the amount. As per Mediation report dated 01.04.2026, applicant has not deposited the amount, i.e, Rs.1,05,000/- in compliance of order dated
