The present writ petition has been filed seeking removal of unauthorized construction being carried out by respondents no.7, 8 and 9 in their properties bearing no.D-01 and D-02 of Oriental Enclave, 32 I.P. Extn. Patparganj Delhi-92. (hereinafter ‘subject properties’) 2. Various status reports have been filed on behalf of respondent-MCD. 3. In the status report filed on 8th October, 2024, it was stated that the subject properties were inspected on 3rd May, 2024 and sheets used for projection over the windows and balconies were removed on 10th July, 2024. 3.1. Photographs were filed along with the said status report showing the demolition action taken. This is a digitally signed order. In the subsequent status report filed on 10th December, 2024, it was noted that the subject property was inspected and no projections over the windows and balconies were found. 5. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17th October, 2025, a fresh status report has been filed on 3rd March, 2026, wherein it has been stated that during the inspection on 21st November, 2024, it was found that no internal wall had been removed. 6. An affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the private respondents wherein it has been stated that the private respondent, Mrs. Jahanvi Mishra has only renovated the staircase situated in the common area of the society out of her own pocket and there is no unauthorized construction therein. 7. In light of the aforesaid status reports filed on behalf of respondent- MCD, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 8.
