In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 09.09.2024 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record. 5.
