1. The writ Court on 13.9.2021 while disposing of Writ-C No. 22240 of 2021 had required the opposite party to conclude the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
2. In the compliance affidavit filed by the opposite party on 12.3.2024 it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied with and proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been brought to its logical end on 7.2.2024, copy of which has been appended as annexure No. 2 to the compliance affidavit.
