At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the aforesaid consolidated judgment dated (Annexure A-1) stood set aside by a Division Bench of this Court vide common judgment dated 03.11.2025 passed in a bunch of Letter Patent Appeals being leading case No. LPA-1397 Service Commission vs. Pardeep Kumar and others
