(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 128 dated 10.07.2024 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 13.08.2024. Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution accordingly. Pending CRM(s), if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
