The learned State counsel has already filed status report. The same be taken on record. 2. Despite repeated calls, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On the last occasion also the petitioner was unrepresented. 3. On the last date a direction was given to the Registry to notify the date fixed in the present petition to learned counsel for the petitioner. As per report of Registry it has been duly notified. However, despite above- mentioned information the petitioner or his counsel have failed to turn up today. Thus, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 4. Hence, the present petition is hereby dismissed in default.
