This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellants Lalu Tiwari @ Kamlakant, Mayank Patel, Monu Niranjan @ Yogesh Kumar and Manglesh Pal, with the prayer to release the appellants on anticipatory bail till the end of trial in Special Trial No. 32 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 106 of 2022, under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(d)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Jalaun, District Jalaun. 4. At the very outset learned counsel for the appellants submits that prayer for anticipatory bail in the appeal be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
