An interim order was passed by the writ Court on 11.11.2022 in Writ-B No. 2917 of 2022 directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding possession, nature and character of the land. 2. In the compliance affidavit filed on 25.09.2024, in para nos. 9 and 10, it has been stated that no construction work is going on in the disputed Gata No. 180 and status quo is being maintained on the spot and none of the parties are doing any activities over the gata in dispute. 3. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the present contempt application is rendered infructuous and stands dismissed. 4. Contempt notice stands discharged.
