This revision has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 08.10.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur in criminal appeal arising out of criminal case No. Nact/1115/2018 titled as “Punjab National Bank vs. Maan Singh”, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.01.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur has been dismissed, and for setting aside the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.01.2023 and acquitting the petitioner of the charges. 2. This Criminal Revision petition was referred for amicable settlement to Mediation Centre and with the efforts of the Mr. Anil Bansal, Mediator, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the terms of settlement has been reduced into writing in settlement agreement dated 25.05.2026 which has been duly signed by the petitioner and the authorized representative of the respondent-Bank, POONAM 2026.07.23 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRR-2459-2024 (O&M) 2 namely Mr. Navneen Setia, Sr. Manager, Punjab National Bank Sadar Bazar, Ferozepur Cantt.
